2012 Ad Sale RULES: 1. Use ONE (1) ad form for each ad & fill out completely. Please be neat. 2. List all patrons & sponsors on one (1) ad sheet 3. Attach a copy of the ad & the payment to the ad sheet with a paperclip. NO STAPLES! 4. Emailed ads: jpg or pdf format. Put 4H'ers name in subject line. You must still turn in an ad form when emailing an ad. 5. Ads need to be in black & white, proportioned correctly, and print ready. Do NOT use the ad book outline in your art; the outline is pre-drawn in the book for you. You may use decorative borders if they fit within the outline. 6. All art should be on one (1) sheet. It is $10 per piece to scan any extra pieces into an ad. All Ads must be print ready and sized to fit, including artwork and photos. (Extra scanning fees do NOT count toward stall fees) 7. All sibling ads are full price 8. All 4Hers going to fair must sell ads or pay the $100 fee, even if sharing a horse. The fee is non-refundable if a 4Her does not go to fair. 9. If you do, you will have to get them and return them to your advisor by the deadline to receive credit for selling ads. 11. ADVISORS- you are responsible for making sure the ad sheets are filled out completely and all information is correct.
