Horse Sense Members at the 2010 Summit County Fair
Horse Sense is a 4H horse club that was formed in 2002 and is based at J-Bar Stables in Norton, Ohio. Our members are from Akron, Norton, Copley, Fairlawn, Bath, Cuyahoga Falls, and Barberton. Many of our members start without any experience around horses, and continue through the highest levels of 4H participation. We meet in the winter each month at the Norton Community Center or J-Bar Stables, and have weekly riding meetings in the summer at J-Bar Stables.
We have members riding in all disciplines, and are active in horse bowl, competitive trail, fair, open shows, breed shows, and dressage shows.
We are always open for new members.
